Period Project Art Night is an exhibition of local artwork. Our second annual Period Project Art Night will be on Friday, December 2nd at 6:30 to 8:00 PM. It will be held at the same location as last year: Rabbit Hole Studios (1001 Winterville Rd.)
Instead of charging an entrance fee, we ask that attendees donate period products. These will be delivered to our community partners (local mutual aid groups, nonprofits, high schools, etc.) A $3 optional ticket fee will also be requested at the door and all proceeds will go directly to our organization.
This is not an art sale or auction, just an exhibition, so you can retrieve your artwork(s) once the event ends. This event is an opportunity to display, view, and discuss art and a chance to support the Athens community. Last year we raised $415 in monetary donations and two large storage bins full of period products, so this year our goal is to exceed this amount of money.
