Pictures of Us is a city-wide exhibition that features photographs from the Do Good Fund, a public collection that focuses on the acquisition of contemporary Southern Photography. No Strangers Here featured at the Dodd Galleries, exhibits works by artists from the 1970s to our current period who approach photography in a variety of ways, from the snapshot to the portrait. Brought together, the works present a series of people, places and things both oddly familiar and unfamiliar that make-up our richly diverse and often contradictory Southern cultural landscape. Pictures of Us: Photographs from The Do Good Fund Collection is an event in the Global Georgia Initiative of the Willson Center for Humanities and Arts.
