The 2022 Science and Medical Illustration Exhibition, the 30th installation, will be on display from March 3 through March 31, 2022. The exhibition includes work from the undergraduate students in Science Illustration at the University of Georgia along with work from the graduate students in Medical Illustration at Augusta University. The judges are professional medical and science illustration who work in and around the Athens area. They include, Kip Carter, Brad Gilliland, Ali Ennis and Eli Ensor from UGA College of Veterinary Medicine, Michael Pollard from School of Art, Allison Wright-Freelance and Carolyn Holmes-Freelance. The awards are the “The Logan Award of Excellence” for the highest scored Science Illustration, “The Laerm Award of Excellence” for the outstanding and unique contribution in science illustration, and “The Stenstrom Award of Excellence” for the highest scored Medical Illustration.
The Awards Reception will be held on March 16th at 6:00 p.m. in the Lamar Dodd School of Art..
